How did iVi Consulting come to be?

The co-founders of ICG branched off when Mercury Interactive was purchased by HP. The desire to be 100% committed to customers was important, and ICG was formed in order to ensure a big corporation with high costs, and thinly spread talent did not remain as the only solution for customer needs.

As a customer, what happens if I do not receive the services that I was lead to believe I was going to recieve?

ICG will conduct interviews prior to the engagement to ensure the expectations are agreed upon. These expectations are written into requirements and placed into a Statement of Work. This is a legally binding document between ICG and your company. Typically, everything is laid out up front and this is never an issue.

How long does it take to get a consultant onsite or remote?

There are a couple of items that needs to fall into place before we can get a consultant onsite. Usually, after we gather your requirements we can usually get a SOW written and sent back to your company for signatures within 24 hours. Once this is signed we can start to schedule our consultants for delivery which could take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months depending on the season.
